These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by RegenLabs Engineering (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.
We provide 3D scanning, reverse engineering, CAD design, prototyping, and additive manufacturing services.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on information provided by the client. Any change in specifications may result in revised pricing.
Production commences only after written acceptance of the quote.
Payment terms will be outlined in the quotation. Deposits or full payment may be required before production or dispatch.
Clients must ensure that:
Manufactured parts are subject to material and process tolerances. While we aim for high precision, actual tolerances depend on geometry, material selection, and part complexity.
Clients are responsible for verifying fitment before large production runs.
All client-supplied files remain the intellectual property of the client. RegenLabs retains ownership of internal processes and manufacturing methods.
To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or commercial losses, or for misuse of manufactured components outside their intended use.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
